The location of Inn & Suites in Stillwater is really the only standout aspect. It’s conveniently close to various attractions, which made getting around easy. The staff at check-in were not welcoming, appearing unprofessional in casual clothing that didn’t suit a hospitality setting. My room had serious issues. The fire alarm was missing, with only wires exposed, and the bathtub had visible stains that made me question cleanliness. At night, loud noises from outside disturbed my sleep, including a fight that occurred right outside my door. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable during my entire stay, which is disappointing. I won't be returning to this motel again.
